Drinkwell 360 Pet Fountain
Drinkwell 360 Pet Fountain
For those pet owners with multiple pets who like the idea of a pet fountain but are afraid of their pets fighting over access to it, fear no more! the Drinkwell 360 Pet fountain is the answer you have been looking for. Just as the name implies, this is a 360 degree fountain, meaning your pets can drink from it from anywhere around the perimeter. This means several cats, or even a couple of dogs can all drink at the same time if they wanted. This is the only pet fountain on the market that is specifically made for 360 degree drinking. Another feature you will not find on any other fountain is the ability to change to one of 5 rings that will change the the type and number of flows coming from the center spout of the fountain. This fountain gives a steady 5″ steam of water with an adjustable flow that can be controlled by a valve to find the water flow your pets prefer.
The replaceable charcoal filter takes bad tastes and debris out of the water. Rubber feet prevent sliding, and the unit is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The Drinkwell 360 pet fountain measures 13.5 inches across, 8.8 inches high, and weighs 7 lbs. The submersible pump is UL approved and customers report the unit is extremely quiet. The constant movement of the water prevents bacteria growth as there are no “dead spots” in the flow. The fountain holds 1 gallon of water, and the unit is marked with convenient indicators showing the minimum and maximum fill levels.
Our pets, especially cats, are very prone to urinary tract and kidney problems. Most of these problems stem from the pet simply not drinking enough water. A pet fountain not only helps this problem, but it makes your life easier at the same time. Customers report this fountain can go several days without refilling. Of course this depends on the size and number of pets using the fountain.

Although I wash and change water every week and change filters every other week, the fountain gets a slimy feel and probably the water assumes an unpleasant taste. Should I change filters more often? Am I due for a new fountain?
Hi Alice, if you have a fountain that is perhaps too large for your pets and the water is just not being used, it is possible for what you describe to happen. It is much less of an issue in a ceramic or stainless steel pet fountain. if you decide to go for a new fountain you should strongly consider one of those types.
